  1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use of the services ("Service") that are made available by srplus.in  Solutions Inc. ("srplus.in ", "we" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between srplus.in and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service ("Subscriber" or "you").
    PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. srplus.in  may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that srplus.in  believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.
    srplus.in  may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://www.srplus.in/terms-and-conditions/. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.
    By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the SR Plus Platform for any general purpose or for the specific purpose of availing any SR Plus Service, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set for the below as well as by the service-specific terms and conditions applicable to each SR Plus Service. These T&Cs shall also include any additional or modified terms and conditions in relation to the SSOID or any additional or modified service-specific terms and conditions in relation to any SR Plus Service or any future service that may be offered by SR Plus on the SR Plus Platform. By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using (as applicable) the SR Plus Platform or availing any SR Plus Service or the SSOID, You automatically and immediately agree to all the T&Cs. If at any time You do not accept or agree with any of the T&Cs or do not wish to be bound by the T&Cs, You may not access, browse or use the SR Plus Platform and immediately terminate Your availing the SR Plus Services. Accepting or agreeing to the T&Cs will constitute a legal contract (hereinafter Agreement) between You, being at least 18 years of age and an individual user of the SR Plus Platform or a customer or beneficiary of the SR Plus Services, and SR Plus. All services are rendered by SR Plus through the SR Plus Platform under the brand name “SR Plus” (or any derivatives or variations thereof). Consequently, all the rights, benefits, liabilities and obligations under the T&Cs shall, as the case may be, accrue to the benefit of, or incurred by, SR Plus, regarding Your use of SR Plus’s digital services (which includes but may not be limited to prepaid recharge, bill payment, booking movie tickets, bus tickets, hotel rooms or flight tickets), the semi closed wallet service, the marketplace service or any such other services which may be added on the SR Plus Platform and which will henceforth be a SR Plus Service, from time to time. The SR Plus Services shall be used by You subject to Your adherence with the T&Cs. As long as You accept and comply with these T&Cs, SR Plus grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to enter and use the SR Plus Platform and/or avail the SR Plus Services.
    Before SR Plus Payment Technologies Private Limited issues You the SR Plus Account or before You use the SR Plus Account, please read these TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully.
    By offering to acquire, accepting or using SR Plus Account, You are unconditionally agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below with SR Plus Payment Technologies Private Limited and will be bound by them.
    By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You represent the following:
    You are 18 (eighteen) years old or older;
    Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
    You are an Indian resident;
    You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Prepaid Payment Account Services or Single-Sign-On Services;
    You have valid and subsisting right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained herein; and You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
    All references in these Terms and Conditions to You or Your shall refer to the users or Customer of Website or Merchant Site(s).
    All references in these Terms and Conditions to We, Us, or Our shall refer to SR Plus Payment Technologies Private Limited, and their respective affiliates, as the case may be.
